Three Rivers Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable On-Call LPN or RN to join our growing hospice team. This position follows a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, allowing for consistent time away from work while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.
Position Responsibilities:
- Respond to after-hours patient care needs and symptom management
- Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care and support
- Perform PRN visits as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Provide triage support to patients, families, and facilities
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
- Hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and manage urgent situations calmly
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
