Three Rivers Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated hospice team. This role provides hands-on care and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life, making a meaningful difference in the lives of both patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Support patients with daily living activities to ensure comfort and dignity
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in Missouri
- Previous healthcare experience preferred (hospice or home health a plus)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
