Job Summary
Budget Blinds of Downtown Pittsburgh seeks an Office Administrator as a full or part-time position. Budget Blinds is the national leader in custom window coverings and services.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an Office Administrator who can manage the following:
- Manage new customer leads and schedule designer appointments.
- Coordinate/schedule customer installations and services.
- Manage the overall integrated schedule for designers and installers.
- Track vendor orders and manage warehouse products.
- Manage customer invoices and payments.
- Maintain and organize Office/Showroom.
Qualifications and Skills
Office Administrator Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate:
- Customer service focus and good communication skills (in-person, phone, email/text).
- Professional appearance.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Pride in work and work ethic.
- Ability to learn various office processes, software tools, and the window covering business.
- Troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Team player in working with Budget Blinds staff.
- Coachable/trainable and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds to handle product deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.
- Experience in service or retail industry is a plus.
