Location: Morrisville, NC 27560
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Job Summary
Hands-on technical role supporting product validation, testing, and engineering development, working closely with design/test engineers on fixtures, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
• Build test fixtures, harnesses, and instrumentation setups
• Perform validation and verification testing on products
• Analyze test data and prepare reports with findings
• Support debugging of electrical/mechanical systems
• Assist in product improvements and corrective actions
• Maintain lab equipment and testing systems
• Develop data acquisition programs
• Document procedures, test results, and system performance
• Provide guidance to test operators and junior technicians
Core Duties
• Product testing & validation (V&V)
• Test setup (dynamometers, instrumentation)
• Troubleshooting & root cause analysis
• Engineering lab support & equipment maintenance
• Data collection, analysis & reporting
• Test fixture design & build

• Electronics / manufacturing experience – 1–3 years
• Troubleshooting (electrical/mechanical systems) – 2 years
• Test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) – 2 years
• Reading schematics & diagrams – 2 years
• Product testing & validation – 1–2 years
• Data analysis & reporting – 1–2 years
• Assembly/disassembly & rework – 1–2 years
