Metatarsal boots required for 1st day
1st shift- Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
JOB PURPOSE: Work with design/test engineers on building test fixtures, debug circuitry, test setup, equipment maintenance and/or perform testing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of related experience in electronics, manufacturing, or a strong mechanical background is required; three or more years of related experience is preferred

JOB PURPOSE: Work with design/test engineers on building test fixtures, debug circuitry, test setup, equipment maintenance and/or perform testing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Set up Dynamometers for electric motor and/or inverter testing.
- Perform inspection and maintenance as necessary to determine cause of defective electronic assemblies with instruction.
- Rework products per company and industry standards.
- Build test harnesses, loads to support product test as required.
- Document and maintain records relating to work performed.
- Communicate with others in a professional and effective manner.
- Design and build engineering test fixtures.
- Perform other associated tasks as required from their supervisor and manager.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of related experience in electronics, manufacturing, or a strong mechanical background is required; three or more years of related experience is preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and electronic components
- Possess a thorough understanding of diagnostic equipment and methods e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting to identify root cause
- Ability to read intermediate engineering documents, e.g., schematics or diagrams
- Maintain necessary product records and documentation
- Ability to comprehend and use product/process component datasheets
- Ability to assemble and disassemble products
- Ability to maintain lab equipment
- Ability to perform mechanical work
- Ability to train an Electronics Technician I
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to solder
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electronic components
