Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: San Jose, CA 95138
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Owns core HR operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. Blends coordination, systems, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run onboarding, background checks, and new hire programs
- Manage exits and offboarding workflows
- Administer benefits and maintain HRIS data
- Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance
Core Duties
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, compliance)
- Support benefits enrollment and queries
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in regulated/high-tech environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- High attention to data accuracy and compliance
Preferred Skills
- Life sciences/medical device exposure
- HRIS and reporting tools experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
