Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Role Overview
Handle inbound customer calls, process orders, and ensure excellent service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support order management, including intake, confirmation, and fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve issues in order processes.
• Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.
• Generate order-related documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Confirm credit, pricing, stock, and transport availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain).
• Maintain detailed records and assist during peak periods.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.
