Thoughtforms is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

Thoughtforms is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
- Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues or delays
- Maintain project documentation (permits, RFIs, reports)
- Develop and manage construction schedules and sequencing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (required)
- Experience in residential construction supervision or similar role
- Knowledge of building trades (carpentry experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office
- OSHA, LEED, PHIUS, or similar certifications (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Full-time, W-2 position
- On-site role (no remote work)
- Salary: $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on experience)
