Key Responsibilities
- Perform general and finish carpentry tasks, including layout, framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation of doors and windows.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete work accurately.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to safety, quality, schedule, and materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure the job site is clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and construction standards.
- Previous experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own basic carpentry tools.
- Full-time, W-2 position.
- On-site role (no remote work).
- Pay: $22.00 to $36.00 per hour (based on experience).
