Duties
- Handle the initial Insurance documentation.
- Book sales appointments and coordinate schedules with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with insurance adjusters to track claim statuses and expedite approvals.
- Communicate with clients to keep them updated on their claim process and answer inquiries.
- Handle incoming customer calls, providing information on services and addressing questions in a conversational, helpful manner.
- Make Estimates For the claim.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital claim files, scope of work documents, and estimates.
Skills
- Experience working in the construction industry, with insurance claims knowledge as a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for drafting documents and tracking data.
- Efficient in working with CRM systems or database software.
- Basic consultative or conversational selling skills to assist clients and answer service questions over the phone.
- Strong clerical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
Requirements
- Construction industry experience (insurance claim processing knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in office phone management, filing, and office activity coordination.
- Proficiency in computer operation, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Basic sales aptitude with comfort handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual ( Fluent in Spanish & English)
