Thornhill Properties, Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Baltimore County.
Founded in 1986, Thornhill Properties is a family-owned, full-service real estate firm specializing in condominium, homeowner association, multifamily, commercial property management, brokerage, leasing, and consulting services throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area.
This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support to our management and accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet residents, clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with resident and client inquiries and route requests appropriately
- Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, and meeting materials
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
- Process work orders, service requests, and administrative paperwork
- Support property managers, accounting staff, and executives with administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office organization
- Assist with special projects and company events as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property management, real estate, accounting, or professional services is a plus

Full-time, on-site position in Baltimore County.
Salary : $18 - $25
