They are looking to add a Project Executive to lead major hyperscale and large-scale data center developments in Illinois.

The Role:
As Project Executive, you will take ownership of overall project performance and execution across major data center developments, leading teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving project strategy and operational execution
- Leading client relationships at the executive level
- Overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and overall project performance
- Building and mentoring Project Managers and field leadership teams
- Managing risk and ensuring successful project outcomes
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives within the mission-critical business
The Ideal Background:
- Significant construction leadership experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
- Strong experience delivering mission-critical and/or large-scale data center projects
- Experience leading large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial understanding and operational leadership capability
- Ability to operate both strategically and at an execution level
