Global Director, Procurement Operations required by a established data center developer, owner & operator.
Responsibilities
- Report in to a seasoned VP, Procurement and operate in a nimble 6 person Procurement function.
- Lead the Global Indirect spend (IT, Facilties, professionals services, marketing etc)
- Procurement Operations excellence – design playbook
- Builds and leads global indirect procurement and ops teams
- Owns all global indirect spend strategy and value creation
- Designs policies, playbooks, and scalable procurement processes
- Leads enterprise S2P/P2P platform selection and rollout
- Delivers clean data, automation, and executive-level spend insight
Requirements
- Experience in procurement or supply chain, with senior leadership experience
- Data Center experience, or similar mission critical
- Experience with implementation of a major S2P or P2P platform, i.e Netsuite
- Experience managing Procurement operations across multiple regions, preferably international
- Deep expertise in indirect spend categories and global sourcing strategy
- Strong governance, compliance (SOX), and global contracting experience
Compensation
- $160k - $180 base
- Target Bonus: 30%
- Project Bonus: $10k - $40k annually
