The organization operates in a project-driven setting where procurement plays a critical role in ensuring the right partners are engaged and that agreements are structured to support execution, cost control, and long-term performance. This role will work closely with project leadership to support renovation, installation, and infrastructure-related initiatives.

- Partner directly with project managers to align procurement decisions with project timelines and scope requirements
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness
- Support multiple concurrent projects across a diverse portfolio of initiatives

- Effective negotiation outcomes that balance cost, quality, and risk
What You Bring
This role requires a strong understanding of project-based procurement and the ability to negotiate within complex, service-driven environments.

- Background in construction, renovation, infrastructure, or project-based industries
- Ability to work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of structuring effective agreements
- Understanding of project lifecycles and how procurement impacts execution
- Experience managing multiple projects or priorities in parallel
Profile
