Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.
This performs advanced analysis of real property records and leads discrepancy resolution (MC-II), or provides senior analytical support to HQ-level policy development, internal controls monitoring, and governance activity (MC-III).

• Analyze real property data in GFEBS including functional location, building, pooled space, and rental and contract objects. • Analyze functional space assignment and space utilization. • Conduct self-assessments and testing to validate record accuracy. Identify internal control gaps and recommend corrective actions. • Support Acquire to Retire lifecycle planning and retirement and disposal actions. • Draft proposed policy recommendations aligned with current regulations for Government review. • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions for policy development. • Implement the internal controls program for asset management processes. • Support governance board meetings and HQDA taskers. |
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in DoD or federal asset management, real property, real estate, or audit support required.
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted.
- Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.
Preferred Qualifications
- GFEBS RE80 module proficiency.
- Experience with DD Form 1354, capital improvement, and disposal documentation.
- Internal controls testing experience.
- Policy drafting experience against Army regulations.
- Experience supporting HQDA taskers and data calls.
- OMB Circular A-123 internal controls experience.
