Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.
This role serves supports real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.

• Support physical inventory documentation and Physical Inventory Minimum Data (PIMD) Worksheet completion. • Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.. • Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records. • Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies. • Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs. • Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval. • Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports. |
Minimum Qualifications
- 0 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted.
- Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Army or DoD real property inventory or audit readiness support.
- Coursework or internship experience in accounting, audit, or federal financial management for entry-level candidates.
- GFEBS experience.
