CNC Programmer- Counter-top Fabrication

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience programming countertops for production,

Someone who understands the countertop business, not simply someone who knows how to draw in CAD.

If you have experience working in a countertop fabrication shop and can confidently take a kitchen from drawings/templates through LT- RAPTOR and AlphaCAM programming for CNC production, we want to hear from you!

You’ll operate state-of-the-art Park Industries CNC equipment to cut and shape stone slabs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage machine operations, perform routine maintenance, and uphold safety standards in a collaborative team environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience designing and programming granite, quartz, quartzite, and other stone countertops

· Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and blueprint interpretation.

• Experience with AlphaCAM, LT_ RAPTOR
• Experience programming Park Industries fabrication equipment, ex: SaberJet- Titan-
• Understanding of countertop construction, edge profiles, seams, cutouts, sinks, cooktops, backsplashes, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret kitchen layouts, shop drawings, and templates
• Understanding of how a countertop goes from template → CAD → CNC programming → fabrication
• Ability to identify potential fabrication issues before production

· Previous experience operating CNC saw and/or router equipment preferred.

· Ability to lift and secure heavy materials safely.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Saw Operator:

· Conduct daily pre-operation checks and calibrations for accuracy.

· Operate CNC saw equipment to cut stone slabs to precise specifications.

· Inspect completed cuts for precision and quality, making adjustments as necessary.

· Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

· Support workflow optimization efforts by implementing drum-buffer-rope strategies.

CNC Router Operator:

· Program and calibrate CNC routers using CAD/CAM software.

· Load, secure, and monitor stone slabs during routing operations.

· Inspect finished products for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.

· Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs.

· Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
