Come join a strong overnight team! Thompson House has one RN/LPN Baylor (7pm-7am) shift position open for every Saturday, Sunday and Monday . We have a great Baylor program , a employee would work 36 hours and paid for 42 hours each week ! Reach out today to join our outstanding team!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care facility
SCHEDULE:
Every Saturday 7:00pm-7:00am
Every Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am
Monday 11:00pm-7:00am
Following a full weekend worked, you earn an additional 6 hours of pay.
The Baylor program offers the opportunity for every 8th weekend off if desired.
