Weekend LNA/CNA (Baylor Program) – Thompson House
Brattleboro, VT
Thompson House is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) to join our team for a Weekend Baylor Program.
Schedule:
- Every Saturday & Sunday
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Opportunities to add additional evening shifts if desired.
Baylor Incentive:
We offer financial incentives for employees who commit to working every weekend. As part of our Baylor program, you will receive additional pay equivalent to 4–8 extra hours per week—without working those additional hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support nursing staff and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Maintain a positive and professional environment
Qualifications:
- Active Vermont LNA license
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
