Our client is a prestigious, full-service law firm located in Savannah, Georgia, seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 2-15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Must have experience in one or more areas of commercial projects, such as acquisition, land use and zoning, environmental review and permitting, capitalization, financing, development, construction, leasing, and resale. The firm’s typical representative engagements include working with owners and developers of shopping centers, mixed-use projects, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial and business parks, affordable housing projects, educational facilities, residential developments, master planned communities, and timberland.
Admission to the Georgia Bar or a reciprocal State Bar is required. Compensation range of $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
