What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position at ThinkingAhead Executive Search?
Our client is an AV-rated law firm searching for an Associate Attorney with two to six years of experience in Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in depositions, discovery, and motion practice involving complex litigation. Experience in commercial loan workout matters is preferred but not required. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Salary is $140,000 - $200,000 , depending on experience, with bonuses.
