What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Attorney position at ThinkingAhead Executive Search?
Our client is an AV-rated construction litigation law firm seeking an attorney with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Construction Litigation or Construction defect litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, legal research, writing, and analytical skills. A portable book of business is not required. Admission to the Florida Bar is a requirement for this position. Hybrid or remote work is an option. Salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 , depending on years of relevant experience.
