Prominent Savannah, Georgia law firm seeks partner-level construction attorney with a portable book of business. Must have experience in contract negotiations and drafting as well as all forms of dispute litigation and arbitration related to the construction industry including with respect to mechanic’s liens and payment and performance bond claims.
Current and past firm clients include contractors, private owners and developers, state and local public entities, bonding companies, design professionals, and subcontractors/suppliers with projects involving the construction of hotels, municipal arenas, hospitals and medical facilities, multifamily housing projects, and large office buildings.
With over 50 attorneys, the firm has a sophisticated and diverse client base, offers an excellent benefits package, and competitive compensation. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or reciprocal State Bar. Salary range from $175,000 - $300,000.
