Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Orlando, Florida
Represent homebuilders, developers, and sophisticated real estate clients at an AM LAW 100 firm, hybrid or fully remote, at $295K–$500K plus bonuses.
Our client is an AM LAW 100 firm with offices in every major market in Florida. The firm is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in Commercial transactions.
Who You'll Represent
The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing:
- Homebuilders
- Master planned community developers
- Apartment developers
- Other sophisticated real estate clients
These clients come to the firm in connection with residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in Commercial transactions
- Excellent academics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the Florida Bar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience advising clients through all phases of the development lifecycle, from land acquisition and financing through project development and disposition
A portable book of business is not necessary.
Compensation
- Salary: $295,000–$500,000, plus bonuses
