Our client is a prestigious, full-service law firm located in Orlando, Florida. The firm is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3 - 9 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have commercial real estate transaction experience, excellent academics and attention to detail along with strong interpersonal skills are required. The candidate will manage several commercial real estate deals with emphasis on property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Real Estate financing experience is not required but is important for this role. Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the Florida Bar is required. Salary range of $140,000 - $240,000 depending on relevant experience.
