Commercial Real Estate Development Company
Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are a well-established commercial real estate development company seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced office environment. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives under pressure, maintains strict confidentiality, and takes pride in organization and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and office staff
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with office operations, special projects, and daily workflow management
- Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of administrative assistant experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Highly polished, professional demeanor and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong sense of discretion and commitment to client confidentiality
- Demonstrated longevity in prior roles preferred
