Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking experienced professionals with strong Swaps and Capital Markets expertise to support a strategic engagement involving the integration of a non-regulated entity into a regulated Swap Dealer environment. The ideal candidates will have a blend of regulatory knowledge, post-trade lifecycle experience, governance capabilities, and business analysis skills to help define the overall strategy and mitigate delivery risks across multiple workstreams..
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining the strategy, target state, and integration approach for merging a non-regulated entity into a regulated Swap Dealer entity.
- Support multiple workstreams focused on regulatory readiness, operating model design, and overall program governance.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on swaps, post-trade processes, and capital markets operations.
- Conduct business analysis to gather requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and support future-state design.
- Ensure alignment with CFTC and NFA regulatory guidelines and expectations.
- Contribute to governance frameworks, documentation, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with PMO teams to ensure structured, timely, and high-quality delivery.
- Leverage systems knowledge (Spectrum, Wall Street, Endur) to inform process improvements and system strategy.
Required Experience:
- Strong background in Swaps and Capital Markets (mandatory).
- Regulatory experience under CFTC / NFA guidelines.
- Hands-on understanding of post-trade lifecycle activities.
- Experience with governance, compliance, and regulatory programs.
- Demonstrated Business Analysis and/or PMO experience within financial services.
- Knowledge of Spectrum, Wall Street, or Endur systems is a plus.
