Our client is seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in data, ETL processes, and the mortgage domain to lead product delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration within a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business and data strategies
- Gather requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
- Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and agile ceremonies
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and feedback
- Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure business validation of deliverables
- Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing
- Support continuous improvement across product and delivery processes
Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst
- Strong experience within the mortgage industry (processes, data, regulatory context)
- Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end product delivery and backlog ownership
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, QA)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
