Our client is seeking a Senior Program / Portfolio Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within enterprise data environments. This role requires a hands-on leader experienced in PMO oversight, agile delivery, and executive stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-volume execution environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead portfolio management and PMO initiatives across data, analytics, reporting, and platform teams
- Manage sprint planning, backlog management, and agile delivery workflows to drive execution and on-time delivery
- Define, track, and report on KPIs; provide executive-level reporting and presentations to senior leadership
- Support enterprise data environments and implement data governance frameworks across the organization
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams to ensure delivery outcomes
- Manage change management and risk mitigation strategies throughout program lifecycle
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments with competing priorities and complex dependencies
Requirements
- 8–10 years of program/portfolio management, PMO leadership, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in agile delivery methodologies, Scrum leadership, and sprint planning
- Strong background in project portfolio management and enterprise data environments
- Demonstrated experience with data governance, business operations, and KPI definition and management
- Excellent stakeholder coordination, change management, and risk management capabilities
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to present complex information to senior audiences
- Experience in fast-paced, execution-focused environments with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
