Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and manage engineering, product development services, and IoT solutions spanning device engineering, software platforms, cloud, data, and AI.
- Build strong relationships with senior client executives, IT and business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to establish long-term partnerships.
- Drive account mining, identify opportunities, and manage sales cycles to closure, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor account performance, lead business reviews, and expand service footprint within a large strategic relationship.
- Develop account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and strategize go-to-market plans with technical and sales leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry events and enhance visibility through thought leadership and client engagement.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in account management and business development.
- Strong domain expertise in Telecom & Media and proven experience managing large accounts in the US region.
- Demonstrated ability to position offerings, develop proposals, and close complex deals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Engineering/MBA preferred.
- Strong technical acumen with consultative selling skills and ability to collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative industry solutions.
