What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Site Planning and Integration position at ThermoBond Buildings?
JOB SUMMARY:
Thermo Bond Solutions builds the physical infrastructure behind the next wave of high-density, AI-driven compute: engineered, precast, and deployed close to where the power and the workload live. As Director of Site Planning and Integration, you lead Thermo Bond’s role once the unit leaves the plant: coordinating site readiness with the customer’s site team and engineer of record, then setting, connecting, and turning over our units. You’ll build the process that turns early installs into a repeatable playbook across many locations. This is a build-the-function role. We need a field-tested construction leader who can build process while the work is already moving, get through permitting, zoning, weather, and utilities without losing the schedule, and make calls in a market that won’t wait.
