What You'll Do As Our Senior Production Lead
- Supervise leads and crew to hit daily/weekly targets
- Oversee throughput, remove roadblocks, and keep production flowing
- Implement plant manager scheduling across teams and priorities
- Track inventory and ensure materials are where they need to be
- Verify paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant
- 6:00 am–4:30 pm
- Overtime Available
- 3‑day weekend (work 4‑10's)
- 2 years of manufacturing lead or production assistant experience
- 5 years of experience in production management (preferred)
