You start your day as a Production Manager at 6:00 am, rally the leads, align on the plant manager's schedule, and set clear priorities that keep throughput moving smoothly; throughout the shift, you're on the floor-tracking inventory to prevent slowdowns, removing bottlenecks as they appear, and checking that paperwork is complete and correct so nothing falls through the cracks; you coach your crew with clarity and respect, celebrate wins, and ensure the team leaves the day organized, aligned, and ready for tomorrow.

• 2 years of experience as a manufacturing lead or production assistant experience
• Candidates with 5 years of experience in production management will stand out

• One shift: 6:00 am–4:30 pm
• Four 10s → 3‑day weekend
