Thermo Heating Elements, LLC is currently hiring Entry-Level Production Assembly Personnel at our Piedmont/Powdersville facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Lite Manufacturing experience preferred but not required—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 3-day weekends!
- First shift only
Summary
As an Entry-Level Assembly Personnel, you will play an important role in the production of our high-quality heating elements. Working under the supervision of experienced team members, you’ll gain valuable skills in soldering, component assembly, and quality control. If you enjoy working with your hands and learning new skills in a team-oriented environment, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assemble heating element components using soldering techniques and other specialized methods.
- Use both manual tools and light machinery to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in collaboration with your team.
- Follow established assembly procedures and production protocols.
- Accept and apply direction from department leads and supervisors.
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
