What You’ll Do

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in daily success by:

• Providing outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

• Scheduling service appointments and promoting maintenance club memberships.

• Managing and optimizing daily technician schedules in real time.

• Prioritizing calls using Thermo Direct’s established priority system.

• Monitoring appointment flow and adjusting schedules as needed throughout the day.

• Proactively communicating with customers regarding delays or schedule changes.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records.

• Tracking call volume and revenue goals to support team and company success.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.

• Previous HVAC or Plumbing industry experience is a plus—but not required.

Salary : $46,000 - $58,000
