What You’ll Do
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in daily success by:

Providing outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

Scheduling service appointments and promoting maintenance club memberships.

Managing and optimizing daily technician schedules in real time.

Prioritizing calls using Thermo Direct’s established priority system.

Monitoring appointment flow and adjusting schedules as needed throughout the day.

Proactively communicating with customers regarding delays or schedule changes.

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records.

Tracking call volume and revenue goals to support team and company success.

Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence.
