We’re growing and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you have 3 years of residential HVAC experience and want a stable company with strong leadership and real advancement opportunities, this role is for you.

• $42,000–$72,800 per year, based on experience

Residential HVAC Service Tech Requirements

• 3 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience

• Strong knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems

• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and duct system issues

• High School diploma or GED required

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

• Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for dispatching, GPS, and documentation

• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record per company insurance requirements
