What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve residential plumbing and drain issues

• Perform drain inspections and cleanings

• Install, maintain, and repair electric, gas, and tankless water heaters

• Install and repair plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, shower valves, etc.)

• Run residential service calls throughout the Raleigh/Durham area

• Complete service documentation and handle payments accurately

• Be dependable, punctual, and proactive

• Collaborate with teammates and take initiative

• Perform other duties as needed

Residential Plumber Requirements

• 2 years of residential plumbing experience required

• In-depth knowledge of residential water distribution and disposal systems

• Strong understanding of plumbing tools, equipment, and proper usage

• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members

• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

• Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces

• Must have an insurable driving record
