Thermal Concepts, a leader in mechanical contracting and building solutions, is looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple business units. This executive role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
You will lead sales operations for:
- Thermal Concepts HQ – Davie, FL
- Irvine Mechanical – Jacksonville, FL
- 5 Seasons Mechanical – Atlanta, GA
- Roth Southeast – South Florida
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for all business units.
- Mentor and lead a multi-location sales team to achieve corporate objectives.
- Set performance metrics, sales goals, and accurate forecasting models.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners.
- Drive new business opportunities and lead high-level contract negotiations.
- Represent Thermal Concepts at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
Sales Operations
- Oversee bid preparation, proposals, and commercial HVAC project estimates.
- Ensure accurate estimating for labor, materials, and subcontractor requirements.
- Maintain and analyze sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or building automation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in executive-level roles.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical drawings and specs.

- Maintaining high client retention and satisfaction rates.
