Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy services for children. Our growing clinic in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a motivated, creative, tech-savvy, and passionate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in person.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, community engagement, relationship-building, branding, digital marketing, and helping organizations grow through creative communication and strategic outreach.
Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical, and individualized treatment services that prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy services to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing and growing the clinic’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Creating engaging photo, video, and written content aligned with the clinic’s mission and brand voice
• Planning and scheduling content using marketing calendars
• Monitoring analytics, engagement, and performance trends
• Assisting with website updates and digital marketing initiatives
• Researching trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders to support clinic growth and outreach initiatives
• Representing the clinic at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
• Supporting recruitment marketing, brand awareness, and community engagement efforts
• Collaborating with leadership and staff to align messaging with organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, or similar platforms
• Strong communication, organization, networking, and creative skills
• Experience or interest in marketing, branding, social media, public relations, or digital communications
• Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred

Work Setting: Hybrid (in person and virtual)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible hours)
This role is expected to grow as the clinic continues expanding and serving families throughout the region.
