We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our growing 101 team. This role will focus on creating engaging short-form video content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate understands what makes content perform well on social media, enjoys working with AI-powered creative tools, and can transform ideas, product concepts, and marketing messages into compelling visual stories. This is a paid internship opportunity with potential to transition into a full-time Content Creator or Social Media Marketing role based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media Content Creation
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI-powered video creation tools to generate creative visuals, animations, and social media content.
• Convert marketing concepts, blog content, and product features into engaging videos and digital assets.
• Edit and optimize content based on platform best practices and audience engagement trends.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling approaches that capture audience attention.
Content Strategy & Optimization
• Research social media trends, content formats, and emerging creative techniques.
• Experiment with different content styles and approaches to improve audience engagement.
• Help refine AI prompts and creative inputs to generate high-quality videos and visuals.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and digital campaigns.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
