Your Mission:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative marketing coordinator who can help bring marketing campaigns to life across email, web, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has both a strategic marketing mindset and the technical ability to execute campaigns well. You’ll help support Silverlake and our clients through email marketing, website updates, SEO strategy, and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate understands how to create marketing that not only looks good but also drives engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities
EMAIL MARKETING
- Build and design email campaigns across various email marketing platforms.
- Create engaging email layouts with a strong marketing strategy and user experience in mind.
- Write and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and website content.
- Audit existing email campaigns and recommend improvements for engagement, deliverability, and conversions.
- Schedule, test, and launch email campaigns.
- Assist with segmentation, automation, and campaign organization.
SEO/COPYWRITING
- Assist with SEO strategy implementation for client websites and campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website and email copy for search visibility.
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned marketing copy.
- Review website structure and content for SEO and user experience opportunities.
WEBSITE SUPPORT
- Perform basic website edits and updates in platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify.
- Update website copy, images, links, products, and layout sections.
- Assist with simple page builds and landing page creation.
- QC (quality check) website updates to ensure functionality and consistency across devices.
MARKETING OPERATIONS
- Collaborate with designers and brand managers to execute campaigns.
- Help organize marketing assets, content, and campaign documentation.
- Track tasks and deadlines across multiple client accounts.
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaign reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 2 Years of related experience
- Has a strong eye for marketing, design, and communication.
- Understands how to create emails that are visually appealing and strategically effective.
- Is proficient in copywriting and understands SEO best practices.
- Comfortable working in email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Has experience making website edits and landing pages in WordPress, Squarespace, and/or Shopify.
- Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Pays close attention to detail and quality control.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates well with a team.
- Enjoys both creative and technical aspects of marketing.
- Takes initiative and finds solutions independently.
