Job Title: EPICOR ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Belvidere, Illinois// Remote
Duration: 6-12 months
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Role Descriptions:
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes.
- Configure Epicor modules to support business operations.
- Design and validate business process improvements.
- Define functional specifications for customized solutions.
- Support testing| training| change management| and UAT.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
- Drive process standardization across sites.
- Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) Essential Skills: This is for EPICOR Kinetic ERP Techno functional position which is not there in RGS Competency list.Knowledge of EPICOR KINETIC ERP Knowledge of SQL| SQL server
- Good understanding of SQL database
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Knowledge and experience of Implementation methodology
- Knowledge and experience of application support process
- Implementation and Support of EPICOR KINETIC ERP as a functional consultant
- Understanding SDLC processes
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.
- Knowledge of SDLC Processes| Agile Project Implementation Life cycles
Skills: Digital : Enterprise Integration~EAS : Niche EPICOR KINETIC ERP Experience Required: 10 & Above
