Role: EPICOR ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Belvidere, IL - (100% Remote with some Onsite Travel during important milestones for few days (if needed)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
Role Descriptions: Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.Map current-state and future-state business processes.Configure Epicor modules to support business operations.Design and validate business process improvements.Define functional specifications for customized solutions.Support testing| training| change management| and UAT.Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.Drive process standardization across sites.Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Essential Skills: This is for EPICOR Kinetic ERP Techno functional position which is not there in RGS Competency list.Knowledge of EPICOR KINETIC ERPKnowledge of SQL| SQL serverGood understanding of SQL databaseStrong understanding of business processesKnowledge and experience of Implementation methodologyKnowledge and experience of application support processImplementation and Support of EPICOR KINETIC ERP as a functional consultantUnderstanding SDLC processesKnowledge of ITIL Service ManagementAnalyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.Knowledge of SDLC Processes| Agile Project Implementation Life cycles
