Job Title: Appian BPM Application Support Engineer
Location: Rahway, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description-
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.
- Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLA.
- Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, and data issues.
- Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.
- Analyze requirements and deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
- Support application deployments, releases, and production validation.
- Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate with L1, business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare/support technical documentation, KT, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM.
- Experience in Appian development, enhancement and L2/L3 production support.
- Good knowledge of SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations and Appian Administration.
- Strong SQL and API troubleshooting skills.
- Good incident management, debugging, and RCA skills.
- Experience working in Agile/ITIL production support environments.
Experience
- 6 years of relevant Appian experience preferred.
- Experience in 24×7/rotational offshore support is an added advantage.
