What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support / IT Service Desk position at Themesoft Inc.?
We are looking for local candidates with strong hands-on experience in end-user support and desktop deployment.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, and related equipment
- Perform hardware upgrades (HDD, RAM, graphics cards, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and A/V equipment
- Handle basic network troubleshooting (ports, VPN, switch configs)
- Support printers, mobile devices, and accessories
- Build and image systems
π§ Required Skills:
- 4β6 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Windows (XP, 7, 10)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Anti-virus / anti-malware tools
- Networking basics & cabling
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployments
β Preferred:
- A Certification
- 2 years of hands-on end-user support
