Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Run jobs independently from setup through final production
- Manufacture precision-machined parts to tight tolerances and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production performance
- Recommend improvements to tooling, processes, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate tooling and material requirements to management
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer
- Strong hands-on experience with HAAS controls (or similar CNC systems)
- Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of:
- Cutting tools
- Speeds and feeds
- Machining various materials
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Doosan / DN Solutions CNC lathes
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
