Sr. Corporate Recruiter – Mortgage Industry

This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals across mortgage operations, sales, underwriting, processing, closing, and corporate functions.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for mortgage-related and corporate positions.
• Create compelling job postings and promote opportunities through industry-specific job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and the company website.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using innovative recruiting methods, networking events, industry associations, and employee referral programs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.

Recruitment Strategy & Analytics

• Develop and execute recruitment initiatives that attract high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and business objectives.
• Build talent pipelines for critical mortgage positions, including Account Executives , Account Managers, Underwriters, Closers, and Operations professionals.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality, and retention to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, hiring challenges, and labor market conditions to maintain a competitive recruiting strategy.

Compliance & Record Keeping

• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Support fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the mortgage, banking, financial services, or lending industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage operations and the ability to recruit for specialized roles across the organization.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
