Position Summary
This role will join a team of four recruiters supporting a rapidly growing UAS and CUAS organization. DZYNE Technologies is scaling quickly and requires a senior recruiter who can operate with urgency, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong communication with hiring managers. While this position will focus on the multiple aspects of the business, this role will primarily focus on support technical hiring needs across engineering, technical program management, and other mission‑critical functions. We prefer a candidate with strong recruiting expertise in at least one of these areas.
Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for corporate, engineering, corporate support, and technical program management positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, strategically source top talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience across corporate or technical disciplines, with demonstrated strength in at least one (engineering, corporate, or program management).
Required Experience
8 years of recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas:
Travel Required: Up to 10%

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Required Experience
8 years of recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Corporate functions (Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities, Security)
- Engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, systems, aerospace, software)
- Technical Program or Project Management
- IT Support or related technical roles
- Proven track record filling a wide range of positions, including specialty and hard‑to‑fill roles
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create targeted sourcing strategies
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals
- Competence in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for both technical and cultural fit
- Proficiency using ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Greenhouse, etc.) and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Ability to build and sustain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Demonstrated success managing high‑volume recruitment in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to manage 8–10 hires per month across mixed role types
- Strong stakeholder relationship‑building and ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience recruiting in aviation, defense, robotics, autonomy, or other advanced technology domains
- Background supporting high‑growth or startup environments
- Comfort operating in an agile, rapidly evolving organization
- Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions concurrently
- Familiarity with engineering workflows or technical program lifecycles (a plus)
- Associate’s degree or relevant professional certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required
