Job Summary:
Team Lead is accountable for strategizing and overseeing the Account Managers. Team leaders are responsible for communicating the strategy and guiding the team towards targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Morning Reports- Pulling and sending out to team
o New Approvals
o Call Activity Logs
o Files to Docs
o UW condition assignments
o Expiring Lock Report- Monitor the daily report
· Organize coverage for AM’s who are out of the office.
o Monitor the emails for associates who are out of office.
· Lead and motivate the team.
o Solve problems
o Monitor condition review pipeline, call logs and new approval reviews
o Communicate goals and targets
o Share feedback
· Main contact for New Hires
o Organize training schedule.
o Maintain close relationships to confirm training is on target and accurate.
· Mavent Escalations
· Assist with pipeline movement
· Other Duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years Account Manager Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex processes.
Skills & Abilities:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to broker inquiries.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with brokers.
