Responsibilities
- Quickly migrate your current Mortgage Broker customer base.
- Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts.
- Develop pipeline of new loan submissions.
- Master Loan Origination System (LOS), submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service.
- Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through.
- Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines.
- Current Wholesale AE experience with book of business, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers.
- Thorough product knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA guidelines.
- Competitor intelligence.
- Autonomous, and self-motivating.
- Demonstrated ability of knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition.
- Computer skills to master wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS), and ability to teach customers, how to use LOS.
- Relationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers.
- Understanding of current industry compliance polices.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
