Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a quirk learner.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word required at a basic level.
- Training for this entry-level role will be provided.
Job Functions:
- Route documents, track, print, scan and index
- Enter loan data into Encompass Loan Origination System
- Upload loan packages to investors and servicers
- Complete MERS registration/transfers
- Generate or review Note Shipment reports and send requests to Warehouse Banks prior to cutoff time daily
- Pull purchase advice, and upload to warehouse banks/accounting/Encompass LOS
- Box original documents for storage
